I'm happy to report that all went well and my cat is completely fine! I'm currently in the process of finishing old commissions, drawing for everyone who donated or helped spread the word by way of journals, and taking care of my two month old baby!!! I'm very busy with the Little One and a naturally slow artist (I don't procrastinate, I'm just physically slow at the act of drawing), so please be patient with me and know that I have not forgotten anyone! 9/6/11: Refunds have been issued! 9/4/11: Leave of absence from the internet. Anything not started will be refunded, everything else will be completed and sent out. Thank you for your understanding. 9/3/11: Do you have this page bookmarked? The site through which all current commissions were taken is down again, but here you can see the progress of your commission and have access to all my contact information. Wingsofjudas.com is never unavailable thanks to my awesomely affordable and professional web host! You can also find me on Twitter, Google+, Livejournal, and deviantART! 8/31/11: Minor queue updates. LOTS TO SCAN! 8/21/11: COMMISSIONS CLOSED INDEFINITELY! Too much happening in my life. If I open again, it won't be until spring or summer of next year. 7/16/11: Minor queue updates in morning and evening. New commissions are getting sketched within two weeks of payment! Hurray!!! Although I draw slow and have to compete with factors such as work, health issues, and other obligations, I have been tightening up my process and getting faster and better on each one. I now make notes for myself of how long the sketch, inking, and colouring of each piece takes and am pleased to see improvement in speed, style, and overall quality with fewer redraws/failed versions during the sketching process. ...Examples pending as I am lacking current work that is suitable for public posting (i.e., not of an adult nature). ;P 7/8/11: Queue updated! Please make sure I have your shipping information so I can send out your art ASAP and THANK YOU for your business!!! =) Commissions

By purchasing a commission from me you agree to the following: It is the responsibility of the client to become familiar with my policies prior to entering into a commission. I am happy to answer any questions or clarify my policies through email and fully encourage potential (or returning) clients to contact me! Commissions are for the purchase of physical artwork, I retain all rights to my work, including printing and display rights. These rights may be purchased for an additional fee. Commissions are for private use only and cannot be reproduced or sold for profit. Please email me to discuss commercial work. When reposting a commission online, credit or a link back to wingsofjudas.com is appreciated. Editing a commission for your own use (icons, journal headers, etc.) is fine. By purchasing adult art the client asserts that they are of the legal age to do so in their area of jurisdiction and any laws which purchasing said art violates falls on the responsibility of the client. I waive all responsibility for the legality of the purchase. I cannot legally accept payments for adult art through Paypal, as per their rules. I do not begin a commission until I am paid in full. I do not reserve commissions slots without payment. Turnaround is currently 1-6 months from time of payment, though I am working towards a shorter frame within which commissions will be completed. I draw a variety of subjects in a G through X rating, barring certain content. Details to be discussed through email only. I do not draw copyrighted characters without permission, nor do I replicate other artists' styles. My characters may be included at no additional cost, dependent upon my discretion. Preview sketches are given with one free modification available during the sketching phase. Additional modifications are $15. Once a sketch is approved by the client, it is finished, no additional changes will be made after the sketching phase. Some commissions do not include previews or modifications, such as badges, bookmarks, art cards, and low-priced promotions. Include information necessary to render your commission, omitting excessive details such as character background. If you have a couple of options you'd like me to pick from or you just want to leave all or some aspects of the image up to me, I'm very flexible. Be aware of my drawing style and limitations by familiarizing yourself with my work and commission examples. Although I sincerely appreciate the business of my clients, I must keep relationships professional. I never discuss commissions over chat services or through private messages, nor do I role play, make "small talk", or discuss my personal life with commissioners. I accept Paypal, major credit cards through Paypal, concealed cash (at your risk), and postal money orders. I offer a 10% discount on commissions paid for with postal money orders! To figure out what this discount would be, figure Price X .9, so a $35 commission would only cost $31.50, etc. Commissions are mailed via First Class US Post, shipped in a cardboard envelope or with cardboard backing, paintings are rolled up and sent it a hard shipping tub. Non-laminated drawings are sent in an acid-free archival quality protective sleeve to prevent smudging and allow for easy handling. Delivery confirmation and insurance are available by request, fees may apply. I am not responsible for nor will I refund or replace commissions which are lost or damaged during shipping without insurance. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason (thought this is extremely rare and has only happened due to time constraints). If I cancel a commission it will be refunded in full. If a commissioner decides to cancel, I will refund for the unfinished portion of the work and the commissioner will receive the completed portion.
The purchase of my work for commercial use includes the physical art as well as reproduction rights and does not follow my private commission rates. I sell the piece(s) with unlimited reproduction rights for a one time payment, required up front, in full, before beginning any work. I retain the right to display commercial pieces as examples of my professional work. Please email me to discuss further.
